TurfSitePH use Paypal for credit card processing. Paypal requires submission of sensitive financial data such as credit card number, expiration date, billing address among others. It is the sole responsibility of Paypal to secure the financial data of its users and is not the responsibility of TurfSitePH.
Local banks require depositor name and, in some cases, address before accepting deposit payments. It is the respective bank’s responsibility to secure personal information of its depositors/clients and personal data shared with banks is not the responsibility of TurfSitePH.
TurfSitePH use third parties for domain registration service and it is required to submit personal information. Personal data is then forwarded to the Internet Corporation of Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) for entry to the Whois registry or database.
Use
Collected personal information is utilized solely for documentation and processing purposes within TurfSitePH and is not shared with any outside parties. Information collected enable TurfSitePH to properly act on orders and inquiries for action and response, and provide clients with appropriate updates and advisories in a legitimate format and in an orderly and timely manner.
Website Analytics
Our website uses WP Statistics, a third-party service to analyze the web traffic data for us. This service does not use cookies. Information generated is not shared with any other party. Only non-identifiable web traffic data are analyzed, including:

- The pages and internal links accessed on our site
- The date and time you visited the site

- The referring site or platform (if any) through which you clicked through to this site

Protection Measures
Only authorized TurfSitePH personnel have access to these personal information, the exchange of which will be facilitated through email and, in some cases, hard copy. They will be stored in a database for two years after which physical records shall be disposed of through shredding, while digital files shall be anonymized.
